Motion Sickness Home Remedy

  1. Take ginger a little bit, or you can make ginger tea and drink one in an hour while traveling.
  2. Mix honey, ginger juice, and lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water, and take it just before you travel. The quantity of ginger and lemon juice should be such that you can easily drink, not very strong taste. Generally one teaspoon of each item is a normal quantity. You can sip this during your travelling as well.
  3. Chew some mint leaves in intervals of 30 to 60 minutes while you are traveling. Mint tea is also good for this problem.
  4. Mix 10-12 mint leaves juice, one teaspoon full of lemon juice, 1/4th teaspoonful of crushed ginger, few drops of honey. Keep sipping a drop (just the amount that is enough to change the taste of palate) during your journey.
  5. Chewing cardamom is also helpful during your journey.
  6. Practice Diaphragmatic breathing throughout the journey, especially slow and controlled breathing.
  7. Applying acupressure three fingers down from the wrist crease right between two tendons also helps to treat motion sickness.
  1. Don’t watch right or left side, watching straight in front is best, or close eyes.
  2. Don’t face right side, or left side, or back side of vehicle. You need to turn straight in front while travelling.
  3. Keep some gap between your meal and travelling.
  4. Don’t talk about sickness. If you talk about sickness your mind and body attract the sickness.
  5. Also, be aware of what triggers your sickness. Try to be mindful and observant to find out the cause. If you find out, avoid it to do on the next time.

Alkaline water

  • Water purification: Keep normal water in mud vessel for 12-18 hours. Copper, gold, and silver things should be in the vessel. If you don’t have gold that is fine. This will purify your water.
  • Conversion of normal pure water into alkaline water: Now keep this water in a glass pot. Mix cucumber, carrot, mint (pudina) leaf, coriander (dhania) leaf, ginger, chilli (red pepper), honey (if you like), and lemon in a glass pot of normal water. After 8 hours, good bacteria will begin to grow, which decreases sugar levels, so heals diabetes, and many diseases.

Benefits of Alkaline water:

Alkaline water, typically with a pH level above 7, is believed to offer several potential health benefits. Here are some of the commonly noted benefits:

  1. Neutralizes Acidity: Alkaline water can help neutralize acid in the body, which may benefit those prone to acid reflux, heartburn, or digestive discomfort.
  2. Hydration and Absorption: Some studies suggest that alkaline water may hydrate the body more effectively than regular water, particularly after exercise.
  3. Antioxidant Properties: Alkaline water often contains minerals that act as antioxidants, potentially reducing oxidative stress and supporting the immune system.
  4. Bone Health Support: There’s some evidence that an alkaline diet, including alkaline water, may reduce calcium loss and support bone health.
  5. Enhanced Detoxification: Drinking alkaline water may help flush toxins from the body, supporting liver and kidney function.
  6. May Improve Skin Health: The increased hydration and antioxidant properties of alkaline water may support healthier skin, potentially improving elasticity and reducing dryness.
  7. Improves Energy Levels: By promoting better hydration and reducing acidity, alkaline water may enhance overall energy and reduce fatigue for some individuals.

Herbal Treatment for Diabetes

Treatment type 1: Boil 300 ml water with one spoon cumin, one spoon fenugreek, and guava 3-4 leaves (or parijat leaf) until it reaches 150 ml. Drink it in your empty stomach 30-45 minutes before breakfast and dinner. Twice a day. It lowers the blood sugar level. After 3 days, take once a day. After 7 days once in two days. Continue for two weeks.

Treatment type 2: Take bitter melon or bitter-guard as curry. It should be boiled and cooked, not deep fried. Use a little salt, oil, and spices. This has a very good effect if it is used for making alkaline water.

Treatment type 3: Regular use of turmeric has great effect on healing diabetes. However, it should not used with greens (green leafy vegetables) while cooking. You can use it to cook various types of curry. It can be boiled with curry but cannot be fried with oil. It can also be taken as a yellow tea. There was a research on turmeric and it was discovered that turmeric can heal over 600 types of diseases.
