You’ll have to dive deep in the training of natural therapies which can be learned only physically which you’ll learn during your stay over year. This is your life changing course. You will certainly realize various changes in your life this course.

Naturopathy Training in Nepal is fit for all age group people. Those whoever want to understand the power of nature, innate immune system of the body, natural techniques to activate self- healing capacity in the body, art and science of living, etc. are highly welcome here.

The true healing is always within. Our main focus is to make you aware that nature has provided you the capacity to remove the diseases from your body. The natural and normal condition of the body is health while disease is unnatural and abnormal condition of the body. The entire focus of Naturopathy is to bring you to the normal and natural condition.

External remedies may provide temporary ryelief and calm, but they do not offer a true cure. Only your immune system has true cure. Your body always try to heal yourself by its natural process. Everything you need to do is- provise your body with proper environment. Cuts close, bleeding stops, and wounds heal only by your natural immunity. If it is no more, no doctor, no medicine can help you. Similarly, bones mend, fevers rise and fall, and so on by your body’s immunity. These are all evidence that the body possesses its own self-healing mechanism. In naturopathy, your own organs and systems are tried to activate to remove the morbid matters (known as diseases in modern science).

Surgery relies on the body’s natural healing process. A surgeon may make incisions, and an osteopathic surgeon may set bones, but the actual healing is done by the body itself. Without the body’s inherent ability to heal (adaptation), surgeons would be powerless to treat wounds. They do not control the healing mechanism.

The main cause is enervation ( i. e. depression or nerve weakness)

The nervous system is combination of brain, spinal cord, and motor and sensory nerves. Enervation is created when it becomes fatigued. Enervation is also known as neurasthenia, nervous breakdown, or nervous debility.

There are causes of enervations:

  • Mental and Psychological Factors Sensory overload
  • Excessive stimulation of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch
  • Sensual Excesses
  • Nerve Leaks,
  • Dietary Excesses or Misuse
  • Toxic Habits
  • Junk food
  • Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages
  • Lack of Exercise
  • Social and Financial Stress
  • Insufficient Rest and Sleep

These accumulate metabolic waste in the body, which is the essence of disease. Naturopathy is a medical science that works on the root cause of diseases and uproots them.

You will experience a great knowledge of life by the end of this course. You’ll find many changes in you as well after going back to your home.
