Food: Ensuring Your Health with Our Offerings

Our center prioritizes your health by providing nutritious and healing food options. We mainly focus on plant-based diet and more alkaline food. So, it is favorable for vegetarian and vegan people. Here’s how we maintain the quality of our food:

Salt:

Excessive salt consumption (over 5 grams a day) is harmful, especially table salt (so called iodized salt), which lacks essential minerals and created various diseases including thyroid problem. So, we use rock salt and natural salt that are rich in minerals and beneficial for your health. On top of it, we use very less salt less than 5 gram a day.

Oil:

We avoid commercially available oils due to contamination. Instead, we focus on:

  • Whole oil seeds for natural and wholesome nutrition.
  • Directly sourcing pure oil from trusted mills to ensure 100% purity.

Sugar:

Refined sugar is often referred to as “white slow poison.” To minimize its use, we replace it with jaggery, a healthier and more natural alternative.

Naturally Cooked Food:

At least 50% of our diet comprises food prepared by nature, such as:

  • Fruits, vegetables, salads, nuts, beans, and sprouts.
    The remaining portion includes minimally processed food cooked with care.

MSG:

We strictly avoid MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) as it is harmful to health.

Rice:

We emphasize whole grains and use brown rice, which retains its bran and nutrients. White rice is used only on rare occasions.

Flour:

Our flour retains the bran (whole grain) to maximize nutritional value. Fine flour (commonly known as maida or farina) is rarely used as it lacks essential nutrients.

Vegetables:

We add various types of seasonal and fresh vegetables with the meal.

Drinks:

We offer Alkaline water and herbal drinks, herbal tea, etc. regularly aligning with his natural and holistic lifestyle.

Cooking Utensils:

  • We avoid using aluminum pots for cooking due to their potential health risks.
  • We also refrain from using plastic utensils for serving or eating warm food as they can be harmful.

Residence:
