      1. Peepal and neem leaf:                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Drinking half a cup or a quarter cup of Peepal leaf juice and Neem leaf juice each morning and evening cures kidney problems in three months.
      2. Herbal Infused Water                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Prepare drinking water with:
          1. A little lemon juice
          1. Lemon slices
          1. Mint leaves
          1. Coriander leaves
          1. Basil leaves  Keep this infusion throughout the day for drinking. Slightly warm water is even better.

      1. Turmeric Water
          1. Drink a glass of turmeric-infused warm water every day.

      1. Coriander Leaf Tea
        1. Boil freshly cut coriander leaves in water.

          1. Strain and drink daily.

      1. Ash Gourd Juice
          1. Extract juice from fresh ash gourd (winter melon) and drink regularly.

      1. Garlic–Herbal Morning Drink (Empty Stomach)
        1. Ingredients:

    8. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)

      • Traditionally used in tea or as a capsule/powder in Ayurveda.

    9. Nettle Leaf Tea
