Naturopathy focuses to activate your own body to release your diseases without adding any external things like medicine, drugs, etc.

Naturopathy is a pure form Nature cure, a drugless therapy that applies use of the five fundamental elements (Panchamahabhutas) of nature to reinstate, to build-up, and to sustain health.

In Naturopathy, health is defined as the natural and harmonious balance of the elements and forces within the human being, encompassing physical, mental, moral, and spiritual aspects, all in alignment with the constructive principles of nature.

Basic Principles of Naturopathy

  1. All illnesses or diseases, their origins or causes, and their remedies are one. It means they are interconnected.
  2. Bacteria are not the root cause of disease. They develop only after the accumulation of toxins in the body creates a favorable environment for their growth.  In other words Germs have no role for disease, they appear only in diseased conditions to heal the disease. The real cause is the accumulation of morbid matter, not the bacteria themselves. When metabolic end products are piled up, it is known as diseases.
  3. Acute diseases are our allies, not enemies. They are the body’s natural response to expel toxins. Chronic diseases, on the other hand, often result from the suppression of acute illnesses through improper treatment. An acute disease is a natural remedial process and serves as its own form of cure.
  4. Body cures and antidotes itself naturally. Nature is the greatest healer. The body has an innate ability to protect itself from disease and to restore health when it is unwell.
  5. In Naturopathy, the patient is treated, not the disease. The focus is on the individual as a whole, rather than just the symptoms of a specific illness.
  6. Diagnosis in Naturopathy is straightforward and does not require lengthy procedures. Treatment can begin without long waits for complex diagnostic results. Diagnosis is not required in Naturopathy.
  7. Naturopathy can effectively treat chronic ailments, often in a shorter time compared to conventional treatments.
  8. Naturopathy addresses the physical, mental, social (moral), and spiritual aspects of health simultaneously, providing holistic care.
  9. Naturopathy treats the body as a whole, rather than addressing each organ separately.
  10. Naturopathy does not rely on conventional medicines. Instead, it emphasizes the principle that “Food is Medicine.”
  11. Reciting the name of God (universal energy) and prayer are seen as natural and powerful treatments in Naturopathy, promoting healing and well-being.
