Alkaline water

  • Water purification: Keep normal water in mud vessel for 12-18 hours. Copper, gold, and silver things should be in the vessel. If you don’t have gold that is fine. This will purify your water.
  • Conversion of normal pure water into alkaline water: Now keep this water in a glass pot. Mix cucumber, carrot, mint (pudina) leaf, coriander (dhania) leaf, ginger, chilli (red pepper), honey (if you like), and lemon in a glass pot of normal water. After 8 hours, good bacteria will begin to grow, which decreases sugar levels, so heals diabetes, and many diseases.

Benefits of Alkaline water:

Alkaline water, typically with a pH level above 7, is believed to offer several potential health benefits. Here are some of the commonly noted benefits:

  1. Neutralizes Acidity: Alkaline water can help neutralize acid in the body, which may benefit those prone to acid reflux, heartburn, or digestive discomfort.
  2. Hydration and Absorption: Some studies suggest that alkaline water may hydrate the body more effectively than regular water, particularly after exercise.
  3. Antioxidant Properties: Alkaline water often contains minerals that act as antioxidants, potentially reducing oxidative stress and supporting the immune system.
  4. Bone Health Support: There’s some evidence that an alkaline diet, including alkaline water, may reduce calcium loss and support bone health.
  5. Enhanced Detoxification: Drinking alkaline water may help flush toxins from the body, supporting liver and kidney function.
  6. May Improve Skin Health: The increased hydration and antioxidant properties of alkaline water may support healthier skin, potentially improving elasticity and reducing dryness.
  7. Improves Energy Levels: By promoting better hydration and reducing acidity, alkaline water may enhance overall energy and reduce fatigue for some individuals.

Let them feel the tree’s lifeforce flowing through them, bringing a sense of peace and vitality. 4. Earthing Meditation (10 minutes) Grounding Meditation: After the tree hugging session, invite participants to sit comfortably on the ground, either on their mats or directly on the earth. Encourage them to feel the sensations of the earth beneath them, noticing how it supports their body. Guided Meditation: Lead participants through a grounding meditation: Visualize roots extending from the base of their spine, traveling deep into the earth, connecting with the earth’s nurturing energy. With each breath, they draw in energy from the earth, feeling rooted, stable, and supported. On each exhale, they release any stress or tension into the earth, allowing it to absorb and transform.
