- Deep Abdominal breathing- This should be practiced in three positions every day on an empty stomach- Lying down 10, sitting 10 rounds, and standing 10 rounds. Be aware of deep breathing throughout the day as well.
- You’ll get more benefits if you do abdominal breathing in a sitting position for 5 minutes with the right nostril and 5 minutes with the left nostril.
- Regular practice of Titali asana (butterfly pose), Bhadrasana, supta bhadrasana, etc.
- Apply castor oil on your lower abdomen and gentle massage.
- Kapalphati Pranayama is also helpful to avoid menstrual pain. It should be practiced when you are not menstruating.
- Practice Sahajoli Mudra
- Practice for Sacral (Swadhishthan) chakra-like concentration on this chakra, its Bij mantra chanting (Vam) or Om Aim Hreem Kleem Chaamundaayai Vichche (ॐ ऐं ह्रीं क्लीं चामुण्डायै विच्चे ) in the morning or at night for 108 times.
- Use Crystal mala (necklace) while chanting if it is available.
