Recipe 1: Amla and Mint Refreshing Drink

Benefits: Helps achieve glowing skin, prevents nightfall, and boosts overall health.
Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of fresh Amla (Indian gooseberry)
  • A small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 15-20 mint leaves
  • Honey or jaggery (to taste)
  • 1 glass of water

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Amla, ginger, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and mint leaves with one glass of water.
  2. Strain the mixture (optional) and add honey or jaggery to taste.
  3. Serve fresh and enjoy!

Recipe 2: Amla and Coriander Detox Drink

Benefits: Detoxifies the body and enhances digestion.
Ingredients:

  • 1 Amla (Indian gooseberry)
  • A few coriander leaves
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: Black salt and chili powder (for added flavor)
  • 1 glass of warm or normal water

Instructions:

  1. Grind the Amla, coriander leaves, black pepper, and optional ingredients (black salt and chili) in a blender.
  2. Mix the paste with warm or normal water.
  3. Stir well and drink immediately.

Recipe 3: Healing Drink (Supports Advanced Healing)

Benefits: Claimed to support healing even in advanced health conditions like cancer (4th stage) within 40 days.
Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • A small piece of fresh turmeric (if fresh turmeric is not available, pure powder  is also fine)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A small piece of apple (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Grind the lemon, turmeric, garlic, and apple together into a fine paste.
  2. Mix the paste with warm or normal water.
  3. Drink fresh daily for optimal benefits. Taking in the morning in an empty abdomen gives the best result.

Recipe 4: Healing Herbal Tea (Supports Advanced Healing like cancer)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces cardamoms
  • 2-4 piece black peeper
  • 2-3 cloves
  • Little cinnamon

Instructions:

Boil them after making powder or directly without making powder.  Take regularly. Replace other types of tea and use this.

They contain antioxidants, anti-inflammatory which gives very good result to remove the toxin, swelling, etc. from the body.  (Sometimes you can replace this drink with number 5 recipe.)

 


Recipe 5: Green Leaves Drink (Supports Advanced Healing like cancer)

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 tulsi leaves
  • 2-3 neem leaves

Instructions:

Grind them together with little water in a mixer and make a paste. Take this with a glass of lukewarm water or normal water.

You can switch the neem leaves sometimes with pomegranate leaves, or guava leaves or mango leaves.

16 hours fasting is also highly recommenced for cancer patient. This can be done by a healthy person as well for preventing many diseases in future.

  2. Mix the paste with a glass of warm or normal water.
  3. Add jaggery if desired for sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • A few fresh Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves
  • Fresh coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
