  • For Jaundice, liver problem or hepatitis take Limestone only with sugarcane juice or other fruits juice, not with curd or yogurt.
  • Don’t consume the perfumed limestone.
  • Don’t miss katha/ catechu (extract from acacia trees) and limestone together for eating.

Caution:

  • Always consult a healthcare provider before using limestone, especially if you are pregnant, lactating, or have medical conditions.
  • Avoid consuming raw or unrefined limestone directly, as it can be harmful in unprocessed forms.
  • If you get unprocessed limestone keep it in water for 3-4 days. Water will go up and limestone will go down. Remove the water. And now you can use limestone.
