Remedy for Eyesight Improvement

Ingredients (for 1 week supply):

  • Almonds – 100 g (about 15–20 pieces)
  • Fennel seeds (saunf) – 100 g
  • Black pepper – 10 g (about 15–20 pieces)
  • Misri (rock sugar powder) – 100 g

Method 1: Powder Mix

  1. Roast the almonds lightly (do not over-roast).
  2. Grind roasted almonds, fennel seeds, and black pepper into a fine powder.
  3. Mix with powdered misri.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
  5. Take 1 teaspoon every morning with warm water on an empty stomach.

Method 2: Soaked & Blended Drink

  1. At night, soak 4 almonds, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, and 2–3 black peppercorns in water.
  2. In the morning, peel the almonds and blend all soaked ingredients with a little water and ½–1 teaspoon misri.
  3. Drink fresh on an empty stomach.
  4. Continue daily for the next week for the best results.
