Juice Recipe to Heal Lumps (Mint, Coriander, Curry Leaves, and Turmeric)

Follow these step-by-step instructions to prepare a healing juice:

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves: 1 handful
  • Fresh coriander leaves: 1 handful
  • Fresh curry leaves: 10–12 leaves
  • Fresh turmeric root (or 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder): 1 small piece
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Optional: A pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)

Preparation Steps

  1. Wash the Ingredients
    • Rinse the mint leaves, coriander leaves, and curry leaves thoroughly under running water to remove dirt or impurities.
  2. Prepare the Turmeric
    • If using fresh turmeric root, peel it and cut it into small pieces for easier blending.
  3. Blend the Ingredients
    • Add the mint, coriander, curry leaves, and turmeric to a blender.
    • Pour 1 cup of water into the blender.
  4. Optional (Add Black Pepper)
    • Add a pinch of black pepper to improve the bioavailability of curcumin (the active compound in turmeric).
  5. Blend Until Smooth
    • Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth, green juice.
  6. Strain the Juice (Optional)
    • For a smoother texture, strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or a muslin cloth. If you prefer, you can drink it unstrained to retain the fiber.
  7. Serve Fresh
    • Pour the juice into a glass and consume it immediately for maximum potency and freshness.

Dosage

  • Drink this juice on an empty stomach in the morning or as directed.
  • For therapeutic purposes, avoid consuming other foods (like rice, roti, or fruit) and rely solely on this juice for a set duration (e.g., 4 days) under guidance.
