21-Day Reiki Training Program

This Reiki training is designed as a 21-day transformational journey combining direct guidance from the teacher and disciplined self-practice. The purpose is not only to learn healing techniques, but to awaken sensitivity, awareness, and inner balance through daily energy connection.


Structure of the Course

Days 1–3 : Training with Teacher

Day 1 — Initiation & Foundation (4 hours)

  • Introduction to Reiki: history and principles

  • Understanding life-energy and healing awareness

  • Attunement / initiation process

  • Hand positions for self-healing

  • Guided meditation and energy sensing practice

  • Question & answer session

Day 2 — Practice & Sensitivity (2 hours)

  • Review of first day experiences

  • Correct hand placements

  • Feeling energy flow (heat, vibration, tingling, calmness)

  • Breathing and grounding techniques

  • Short supervised healing practice

Day 3 — Application & Confidence (2 hours)

  • Healing others (family, plants, food, water)

  • Energy protection and cleansing methods

  • Lifestyle guidance during 21-day purification

  • Instructions for daily practice


Days 4–21 : Self-Practice Discipline

Students practice 2 hours every day at home.

Daily routine:

  1. Short grounding or prayer (5 min)

  2. Breathing awareness (10 min)

  3. Full self-healing hand positions (60–75 min)

  4. Silent observation / meditation (20–30 min)

The 21-day cycle supports:
