This organization (Enlight Yoga Naturopathy) is the product of my long-term experience in yoga, naturopathy, and Ayurveda. We found that this path is the best for progressing towards health, harmony, and spirituality. Thus with the following objectives, we started this organization.

1. To teach ancient yogic science to the people for their best health and harmony.
2. To heal diseases naturally without doctors and medicine.
3. To promote the flourishing of yoga and naturopathy worldwide, a dedicated approach is essential. This involves sharing the profound benefits of these ancient practices and making them accessible to diverse communities globally. By focusing on education, wellness, and the holistic health potential of yoga and naturopathy, we can create a positive impact on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being for people everywhere.
